Mirasol® Pathogen Reduction Technology (PRT) & Its Role in Proactively Safeguarding Blood Transfusion Webinar.

On August 21, 2020, a webinar was organized at the National Center for Hematology and Transfusiology to present the viral inactivator "MIRASOL PRT".

Combining UV rays and ribovlafin (vitamin B2), the MIRASOL PRT inactivator is guaranteed to disinfect blood and blood components from viruses (including COVID-19), bacteria and leukocytes.

The webinar was attended by the head of the department of the Dmitry Rogachev Center for Children's Oncology, Hematology and Immunology - Dr. Pavel Trakhtman (RF); Director of the National Center for Hematology and Transfusiology - Dr. Valeh Huseynov (Azerbaijan) and the regional manager of TERUMO BCT - Anuar Botabayev (Kazakhstan).
